You gave us chow fun instead of chow mein which was on the receipt.
The website doesn’t let me order so I have to call it in. Your food is very good but this misunderstanding has happened before.
We would like to continue ordering from you so please advise me on the best way to receive the correct items.

I am just visiting here and just thought I would get some Chinese food tonight. What a disappointment with the food. Maybe for here it might be awesome food but where I come from this sucks. Horrible don’t waste your money. I had to go get KFC for dinner instead

On January 16,2016, I ordered my normal of 8 piece fried chicken with shrimp fried rice to be delivered. When I tasted the chicken it tasted like the styrofoam container it came in. This is the first time that my food was delivered to me in the styrofoam container.
I couldn't eat it so I returned to the store to have manager upset with me and replace my food with less than I had ordered in the first place. I asked them not to put it in the styrofoam, and they did anyway. I had to ask them again to replace it with a plastic container. I googled hot fried food in styrofoan and seen that it is toxic. Something that I told them it wss. I was refused to be heard from. Here is the link.

Why avoid styrofoam?
Styrofoam contains the chemical styrene, which has been linked to cancer, vision and hearing loss, impaired memory and concentration, and nervous system effects…the list goes on. What happens when you eat hot foods or drink liquids from styrofoam plates and cups is the styrene leaches out of the Styrofoam and into our bodies.

The owner is absolutely unprofessional and absurd. Hanging up on customer when calling about a problem. Only interested in making a buck. Website worthless for paying with cc - delivers food ONE HOUR after ordered and then wants me to allow the driver to copy my cc on the back of a receipt. I have left reviews everywhere possible as well as my 5000 facebook friends. unprofessional and will not spend 1 penny there.
